Roof Window Conversion

The most common type of loft conversion provides new rooms within the existing loft area and installing roof windows to provide light and ventilation. This type of conversion can be very dramatic internally with vaulted ceilings and a combination of roof windows flooding the rooms with light. This type of conversion depending upon location can in some circumstances be completed without the need for planning permission, building regulation approval would always however been required.
